1. Suitability before enrolment
A parent-and-teen fit process takes place before a place is offered. PM&D may decline an application where the service, cohort format, current scope or available support does not appear appropriate.
2. What is delivered
The intended Founding Beta includes separate parent and teen onboarding, an included 45–60 minute Week 0 orientation, eight weekly group mentorship sessions of approximately 60 minutes, a teen-owned outcome, short check-ins, private midpoint reviews and a Foundation Development Review.
3. Participation
The teenager is expected to attend, contribute respectfully, protect other members’ privacy and make an honest attempt at agreed actions. PM&D cannot guarantee engagement or outcomes that depend on the participant’s actions.
4. Cancellation, pause and refund terms
The client agreement supplied before payment will define notice, cancellation, withdrawal, missed payment and any refund calculation. A family can review those terms before deciding whether to enrol.
5. Missed sessions
A concise recovery route is intended to help the teenager rejoin after an absence. Group sessions are not automatically replaced with private sessions. Repeated absence or conduct that undermines the group may trigger a parent-and-teen review.
6. Programme scope
PM&D provides non-clinical developmental mentorship and education. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, dietetic treatment, emergency support or guaranteed academic, behavioural, physical or mental-health outcomes.
7. Safeguarding and privacy
Programme privacy is subject to safeguarding responsibilities and legal duties. Parents and teenagers will receive fuller communication and confidentiality boundaries before enrolment.
8. Ongoing mentorship
Foundation concludes with a Development Review and one of four routes: continue, pause, close or signpost elsewhere. Ongoing mentorship is separate, optional, requires renewed teen assent and is subject to the terms and price communicated at that time.
